Part 1: Why YOU Are A GoTo Speaker™

We will focus on unpacking each of your team members’ unique skill set and experience to uncover why they are already the go-to people in your industry. Part 1 will focus on helping them learn how to communicate what they possess, so other people recognize their qualities as well. They’ll also take a current speaking skills assessment and learn how their experiences and personal stories can be leveraged as a communications strength.

Part 2: Your Authentic Message

Once we’ve clarified your team members’ goals, values, and skills, we’ll focus on WHAT they want and need to communicate. We’ll drill down into what they’re going to say to catch people’s attention and let them know they are the subject-matter experts in your industry. They’ll learn how to align their message with their audience’s needs and how to create engaging communications on any platform using my GoTo Speaker™ Framework.

Part 3: Delivery and Presence

Your team members’ delivery and presence are just as important as their message. In Part 3, your staff will learn how to present their message authentically and in a way that captures and holds any audience’s attention. We’ll get to the core of delivery stumbling blocks – including speaking anxiety – and address them at both a physical and psychological level. Using the body as an instrument, each participant will learn to amplify his or her style, both verbally and aesthetically.

Nobody will need to shout at the top of their lungs to be heard.

There’s no need to worry about having the best or loudest speakers in the industry when your team can design a valuable message that resonates with your audience. If your people are not comfortable speaking up (or just feel uneasy about drawing attention to themselves), I’ll help them address their limiting beliefs so they can learn to be confident.
