4 distinct parts:
We will focus on unpacking your unique skill set and experience to uncover why you’re already the go-to person in your industry. Part 1 will focus on helping you learn how to communicate what you possess, so other people recognize your qualities as well. You’ll also take a current speaking skills assessment and learn how introversion can be leveraged as a communications strength.
Once we’ve clarified your goals, values, and skills, you will need to focus on WHAT to communicate. We’ll drill down into what you’re going to say to catch people’s attention and let them know you’re the subject matter expert in your industry. You’ll learn how to align your message with your audience’s needs and how to create engaging communications on any platform using my GoTo Speaker™ Framework.
Your delivery and presence are just as important as your message. In Part 3, you’ll learn how to present your message authentically and in a way that captures and holds your audience’s attention. We will get to the core of delivery stumbling blocks – including speaking anxiety – and address them at both a physical and psychological level. Using your body as an instrument, you’ll amplify your style, both verbally and aesthetically.
The final part of the program focuses on creating digital assets you can take with you to show your peers and target audience that YOU are the GoTo Speaker™ in your industry. This includes creating high quality video recordings of your signature speech and short videos that you can easily upload or share.

Each week, we will focus on a specific aspect of communicating, presenting, and captivating your audience, so you can make consistent progress towards your goal without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Module 1: The Introvert Edge
For you to transform into an engaging communicator, you MUST understand your traits and align them to your advantage strategically.
Introverts CAN communicate well. Embracing this belief will set you up to be more influential.
Module 2: Your Speaking Persona
This week, we will define your speaking goals for this program, find what you’re most passionate about at your core, address those all-important values, identify how you want to be perceived by your audience, and assess your current speaking skill level.
Module 3: Your Genius Zone
What makes you a unique subject matter expert in your chosen field? What skills or strengths do you have that qualify you?
This week, we will answer all these questions and gain clarity on what makes you stand out.
Module 4: Developing Your Content
To attract the right people, we need to understand exactly how you can help your audience solve their specific problems.
We’ll identify themes you can speak about and topics to inspire the speech and videos you’ll create.
Module 5: Audience Alignment
Since presenting truly is all about the audience, it’s crucial for us to have a clear picture of what your audience needs out of a specific speech or video.
This includes identifying potential objections and key messages for your specific audience.
Module 6: The GoTo Speaker™ Framework
In this module, you’ll learn how to use my proprietary visual guide (GoTo Speaker™ Framework) to construct a powerful message on any stage, from social media videos to a keynote at a conference.
We will also cover communication best practices and the journey to your hero story.
Module 7: On Stage and On Camera
Non-verbal communication is as influential as the words you speak. We will bolster your confidence and charisma by addressing your appearance, delivery style, body language, movement, voice, and eye contact.
We will get behind the psychology of your audience to learn to draw them in.
Module 8: Your Home Studio
In this module, we will cover all the equipment, technology, setup, and skills you will need to create high-quality content from the comfort of your home.
Your lighting, audio, and editing all play a key role in establishing your credibility as an expert.
Module 9: Long-form Speech
Using the Framework from Module 6, this week will focus on writing and delivering your Keynote presentation. I will provide customized feedback so you can finalize your speech and record it in your home studio.
Module 10: Short-form Videos
In this module, you’ll create and record a series of 3 short videos you can upload to any platform. As with your speech, I will provide feedback and give you resources to have a professional sizzle reel edited from your recordings.
